Bryan, together with Bradley Research and Consulting, has been appointed by the Haltwhistle Partners

The project is to include a market assessment based on interviews with local businesses and entrepreneurs; and (depending on the outcome of the market assessment) will identify the most appropriate site or building to house the proposed scheme, including ‘plans, sketches and outline costs for development work.
